I’m talking about the level of commitment you have to:

→ doing exercise
→ investing in yourself
→ enjoying hobbies
→ exploring your own personal interests
→ enjoying and making the most of life!
Commitment is necessary. Commitment is required.
Without commitment your attention & focus wavers.
You get distracted and you lose momentum.
When you lose momentum, it’s harder to get going again.
To build things up to where they were before.
So you don’t bother.
The part of your brain that doesn’t like putting effort in - wins.
The part of your brain that doesn’t like doing hard things - wins.
And you drift.
Until something bad happens…
…like burnout, or a relationship breakdown because you’re working too much.
Or a business crisis, or your health.
That forces you to get serious about growing your business properly and in a way that actually serves you.
There are only 2 x things that will help you build the life you want - Effort & Consistency .
Use them.
Embody them.
Be them.
