If you’re looking to grow, but you’re not doing this one thing…

The single best way to maintain and grow revenue - is to nurture your existing client relationships.
It’s so logical.
They already know you and your team.
You’re already working with them.
You’ve already gotten over the know / like / trust barrier.
There’s typically multiple opportunities to get extra work on their existing projects.
Or to start working on the next project for them.
So when I ask business owners about nurturing existing client relationships, they usually respond with:
“Oh yeah - we do that”.
But how well, really, do you nurture your key client relationships?
Hint: doing well on their projects is only the beginning.
For starters - do you have a strategy (just a short one) for each key client?
That maps out:
This can just be a short strategy for each key client that gets actioned against and updated monthly or quarterly.
“But Josh, that’s a lot of work”!
Well, do you want to grow? Do you want to increase revenue?
Then you have to put the effort in.
And this is honestly the easiest strategy out there.
Tip - just pick your top 10 clients and start there.
Secondly - and this is where it gets good - get inside your clients heads.
What do they really need help with?
How can you solve a core problem for them in a different or unique way?
How can you differentiate yourself from all your competitors?
So that your clients would never go anywhere else?
Our Boardroom members that have done this process, have come up with fresh ideas that have created clients for life.

It requires some creative thinking to view your clients and their world through a different lens.
But guarantee the results are worth it.
