It’s the SOPs. It’s the focus on delivery and getting the scope right. It’s the tracking of the metrics that matter. 

It’s the little 1 percenters here and there - that add up over time.  

Sure profit is less fun. But it’s WAY more rewarding. 

It’s the true measure of a well run business. 

And a profitable business gives you options, freedom & choice.
